A consortium of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors has been selected and mobilised, with contractual arrangements established. The group is fully prepared to initiate the Front-End Loading Stage 2 (FEL-2), covering both Inside Battery Limits (ISBL) and Outside Battery Limits (OSBL) scopes. This phase will refine technical specifications and project execution planning, setting the foundation for detailed design and construction.
