An international Project Management Contractor (PMC) has been engaged to support the supervision of engineering and execution phases. While formal appointment is pending, preliminary coordination and planning are underway. The scope of work has been outlined and operational interfaces between the PMC and the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) consortium are being defined to ensure readiness for seamless execution once the contract is finalised.
